The Chambercombe Manor website is the gateway to a most unique and intriguing property, steeped in history and legend is mentioned in the Domesday book. Chambercombe Manor was owned by the Champernon family from around 1162. In the early 16th century it became the property of Henry Duke of Suffolk father of the ill fated Lady Jane Grey.
We are offering you a unique opportunity to stay the night in one of our haunted bedrooms. The evening will include a 3 course dinner eaten in the Great Hall where you will be told ghost stories of the house after your meal. In the morning there will be a buffet breakfast and a full English cooked breakfast. For people wishing to take a longer break why not book one of our self catering cottages at a special offer when booked with a night in the Manor House.
A night stay in the Manor will be available only on a Friday or Saturday night from September (subject to availability).
