COVID RISK ASSESSMENT FOR CHAMBERCOMBE MANOR 2022 PARANORMAL EVENTS
You will be asked NOT to attend the Paranormal Event if you are suffering any COVID 19 symptoms or have been asked to self isolate by NHS track and trace. (ticket money will be refunded).
You will be asked to wear a mask unless you are medically or otherwise exempt
A few windows to be kept open to allow some ventilation. This could make the venue cold and you should dress accordingly.
There will be a reduced number of people in each room and participating in activities eg: table tipping, Ouija Board etc.
You will be required to sanitise your hands (sanitiser will be provided by the Trust) on entering and leaving the venue and before and after participating in any of the activities.
You will be asked to social distance as much as possible.
The track and trace QR system should be used on entry or the relevant form filled in.
During the ‘Protection’ ceremony people will not be required to hold hands and no activity will be performed that includes holding hands.
Refreshments will be self service please wear a mask and sanitise before and after handling tea/coffee pots. Some windows to be open to allow ventilation.
